An A-Z of Film Themes

About

Hello. Just a couple of words about me. I’m currently teaching visual culture at the University of Portsmouth. I wrote my PhD on Hollywood representations of the 1960s (if you can stomach 100,000 words on the subject then you can read it here) and have been published, or have articles forthcoming in various edited collections and journals. I also do a bit of journalism (try herehere and here for examples). I love watching and writing about movies and am interested in experimenting with new ways of doing this. So if you’ve any ideas/written anything then it’d be great to hear from you. Drop us an email at olly_gruner@hotmail.com. As for the blog, I’m still pretty new to this stuff, so please excuse any visual dullness and lack of multimedia.
